QUALITY INGREDIENTS

  • The national flower of Malaysia (“Bunga Raya”), the red hibiscus is packed with anti-inflammatory antioxidants. It is widely used in Chinese and Ayurvedic therapies, and has a delicate, tart flavour.

  • Calamansi is known as the Philippine lime. It tastes like a lime married with tangerine, and is packed full of Vitamin C.

  • Guava (a key ingredient of the Mexican agua fresca) is a tropical fruit that has 4x the Vitamin C of an orange. It has a light, sweet, refreshing flavour that pairs perfectly with the aromatics of lemongrass.

  • Lengkuas is known as Blue Ginger, so called because of its distinctive blue blooms. In addition to the spicy taste of common ginger, it has citrusy undertones. It is widely consumed as a hair tonic.
